Teapot

A silver teapot and a bright yellow lemon form the center of this small still life. The restrained shades of gray and brown make the yellow stand out, while at the same time giving the motif a calm, almost timeless atmosphere.

The original was painted in oil on wood and set by me into a custom-built, hand-finished wooden frame.
